Figma
A collaborative interface design tool for designing, prototyping and handing off to developers.
Design notes
Figma is the shared canvas most product teams design in. Several people edit the same file at once, components and variables keep systems consistent, and prototypes run in the browser for quick feedback.
It covers the whole loop from exploration to handoff: Dev Mode gives developers specs, code and assets from the same file. Its plugin ecosystem is large enough to have its own category in this directory.
