Cavalry is most useful when one motion concept needs many controlled variations. Its procedural 2D animation workflow lets designers build repeatable compositions, animate typography and graphics, and explore data-driven sequences without rebuilding each version by hand.
Choose it for identity systems, campaign motion and information-led animation. A reusable motion setup matters more here than a quick one-off transition; simple UI microinteractions may be faster in a lighter tool.
