sway ~ blur & vhs trending cam

Design notes

sway ~ blur & vhs trending cam explores a retro camera app for soft-focus and VHS-inspired effects. Its visual direction makes a useful reference for designers working on photo & video experiences, especially where the product needs to feel immediately recognizable on a small screen.

Look closely at analog textures, expressive presets, and rapid capture-to-edit interaction. The most instructive part is how those decisions establish a recognizable personality while keeping the primary task legible and easy to reach.
