Design notes

Pinterest is built around a distinctive masonry grid that puts visual content ahead of interface furniture. Irregular image proportions create a dense, exploratory rhythm, while familiar save actions connect individual discoveries to personal boards.

Look at how browsing, image search and collecting form one continuous loop. The interface relies on image relevance and quick interaction feedback, but must also retain enough source context for people to move from inspiration to action.
