Tiny Computer Co.

What it is

Tiny Computer Co. is an independent software studio that builds Boardwalk, a visual library for collecting and organizing ideas. The application is designed for Mac, iPad, and iPhone platforms, featuring automatic image categorization and search capabilities.

Structure & content

The page features a sidebar navigation with categories for Icons and logos, Illustration, Objects, Photography, Print, Spaces, Typography, and UI. The main content area includes a product description for Boardwalk, a waitlist signup, a chronological log of software updates, and a series of dated short-form text entries regarding software development philosophy.

Why study it

The site demonstrates a minimalist approach to a software studio landing page by combining a product waitlist with a public development log. It uses a sidebar-driven navigation structure that mirrors the organizational system of the application it promotes.
