Sobha Privy Collection

What it is

Sobha Privy Collection is a digital directory for a handpicked selection of luxury villas, mansions, and penthouses in Dubai. It provides details on high-end residential projects located in areas like Dubai Harbour and Sheikh Zayed Road. The platform is designed for individuals seeking private residences with personalized services and exclusive amenities.

Visual direction

The interface uses a dark UI with a black background and white text. A large 3D metallic structure dominates the hero section, overlaid with a mix of high-contrast serif and script typefaces. Navigation is minimal, with a hamburger menu and a 3D map toggle in the top corners, and a map preview anchored in the bottom right.

Structure & content

The page is organized into chapters, including About, Collection, Tenets, and Locations. The Tenets section details specific brand values like Expansive Spaces and Extraordinary Privacy. The Projects location section provides descriptions and property counts for four specific Dubai developments: The S, Sobha Seahaven, Sobha Hartland II, and Sobha Siniya Island.

Why study it

The site uses abstract 3D forms and high-contrast script typography to create a luxury aesthetic that precedes the display of actual property photography. It also features a persistent 3D map interface for geographic navigation of its real estate portfolio.
