Design notes

Todoist gives task capture unusually little ceremony. A compact input, natural-language scheduling and clear priority cues let people turn passing thoughts into organized actions without navigating a complicated form.

Today and Upcoming views translate a large task database into manageable daily decisions. Study the restrained typography, hierarchy of metadata and satisfying completion feedback: each supports repetition while allowing projects and filters to scale for advanced use.
