Cursor

Design notes

Cursor explores a mobile companion for running and reviewing coding agents. Its visual direction makes a useful reference for designers working on developer tools experiences, especially where the product needs to feel immediately recognizable on a small screen.

Look closely at dense developer workflows shaped into compact lists, clear status states, and concise command-oriented controls. The most instructive part is how those decisions establish a recognizable personality while keeping the primary task legible and easy to reach.
